Okay so I am getting impatient for one because I want my website up and running to sell they product, i am losing money when its not up...

second...I am so confused with how the laws work, in my county I do not need to have a business liecense, I will be selling my product through my website and the occasional bazaar or two and if a customer would like to stop by my home and pick it up that will work to. So do I need anything else other than to register my business name? How does this work please help
