I want to start up a multimedia production biz that will be into; Music, Video, Tv promo, Documentaries, Photography, Webdesign and General Graphics ( print). This will compel me to employ a graphic designer/ employees that will be doing the designing while i face the managerial aspect of it. I need to get the right equipments and other advise since i don't want to jump in and jump out.
