The first responder has the same ID as the original poster. So, apparently, he (or she) was quite impressed with the documents they faxed themselves.

This technique is referred to as "Sock Puppets" on another forum where I post. The left hand asks about "such and such", and the sock puppet on the right hand appears to praise the previously unknown company.
