I don't think I'd count on arise.com since I couldn't even get their website to come up.
The other one seems to have a sense of legitimacy. In reading their FAQ's they pretty much give you an idea of what goes on and they stress that it never costs you any money to apply or work for them...that's a good sign. Given there's no cost involved I'd say if you like talking on the phone...give it a try, nothing to lose but a little time. Good luck

It is a legitimate company. I have been an independed contractor with them for two years. I started out part-time, then went full-time, now I am back to part-time. There are pros and cons to working with Arise. I am scaling back my hours to increase the amount of time I can spend on my businesses.

Mark, from what i could tell from the the person who answered my post, this is a legitimate company. I however, could not pursue it because you must have a secure high speed internet connection. This is not available where I live. The only high speed connection I can get get is through satellite which is not, according to the company, secure.
