Need a sample buisness plan for a service industry business--roof cleaning. I have been in/out of the roofing business for 30 years. Getting too old to climb around on high pitched roofs (two complete knee replacements).

Did not need a business plan then; but now, I'd like to do this for transparency and heir concerns.

For a business plan you just need to do a normal business plan if you want to leave it to a family after you pass you do a will in a business plan you dont include heirs.
