What does your business do?

I am a freight brokerage service. I arrange the shipping and transport of goods.

How would you use the grant money?

I would use the grant money to help pay for a new Mac. The one I use now is old and slow, I was told by Apple support that I would need to trade my existing one in for something newer,

What would the grant enable you to do that you can't now?

By having a newer working computer I would not be wasting valuable time troubleshooting frequent computer glitches all day.

If Idea Cafe's Grant helps your biz reach greater success, how will you "pay it forward" to help others in some way?

It is my intention to hire other female broker agents. As I grow in experience I would like to mentor other women in organizations like "Women in Trucking."
