I just open a cleaning business on august 2007, I was lucky I found my first job with a major construction company to do the final cleaning on the units, I didn't bid on these project they hire my service.

I have an invitation to bid on 3 of their projects these are all future family units, there are all big projects one of them is 90 townhouses.

I have no idea how to bid or how much to charge the SQFT. They want the rough cleaning and final cleaning of all units.
