i have a great butter recipe that i want to take big.it is really great on anything,potatoes,shrimp,toast,"grilled cheese"especially.i'm interested in shipping it to buyers over the internet.can it be shipped frozen and how so?i'd sell the recipe but i know there's millions in this.i swear it will change butter 4-ever

I am a registered sanitarian with 37 yrs in food inspection.
If you are in the US, you will need to contact your local
health department or state health department and possibly FDA
as you are thinking about shipping it elsewhere. The fact
that you don't know whether it can be frozen can be solved by
finding a food laboratory that will do testing and also can
tell whether this product is stable at temperatures at 0 deg
or below. All foods can be shipped if they are handled
properly, but please do your homework. It will be much easier
to find out what is required. I would be glad to help you.
