Hello! I am finishing my business plan and need a way to justify my PNL projections. Does anyone out there know where I can find what the average shopper spends at a retail gift store? I have typed in everything I know in search engines and I'm not coming up with anything remotely close to what I need. I don't think sales per square foot is the answer I'm looking for either.
