Hello all, My new daughter-in-law, who is from Thailand is an awesome cook and has experience working in restaurants and now wants to start her own restaurant serving Thai food. I have heard there are loans/grants for woman who are legal aliens, but cannot find out how to go about this. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Oh, did I say she was an awesome cook!
