"openning Healing Arts Center/Where to start"

A friend and myself plan to open a Center in Grays Harbor. The Center will be in three parts.
First..Store, offering Crystals/Stones, Herbs, oils/incense, Literature Etc.
Second..Services, offering Reiki, Aroma Therapy, Chi Alignment, Reflexology, Acupressure, possibly Acupuncture, Etc.
Third..Education Instruction, offering classes and Lectures geared toward Self Betterment.
My question is how do we start, and what should our first move be?

I think I'd start by evaluating your potential market in your area. Perform a good ol' SWOT analysis and go from there.

This will give you a good starting point for all the pre-planning you need to do prior to launching this business.

Good Luck! Sounds fun (and potentially profitable!)

Sincerely,
Angela
