"New allotment Business Advertising"

For those who don't know, an allotment is a plot of land where people grow their own fruit & vegetables. We hope to rent them. It is the 1st allotment business in the area the town& suburbs have a population of 22,000. Year 1 we hope to get 20 people. Allotments are only catching on in Ireland so 20 allotmenteers is allot.

Just wondering what would be the best 1st campaign?
Thanks in advance

You first need to figure out your target market because, certainly, allotments will not appeal to everyone. Then you need to figure out the best way to reach your target market. You could, for example, hang flyers in the places your target market hangs out, offer to do presentations if they belong to a particular group, or get a mailing list and mail out fleyrs.

Based on your post, I'm not sure where you are - are you in Ireland? If so, you should consult the web to see whether you have a popular classified site. Here in the US, we have craigslist.com. You may have something similar. I would start with the free advertising options first (if possible) until you make money to where you can afford to spend money on ads.

Best of luck!!
