I have a new product that is targeted for the latin community. Its a new spice that you add to food for a more enhanced flavor. My mother in law makes it and i have never had it before. So my, always business minded brain, starts thinking I can package and sell this product locally to get it out there.

Now this is a first to me when it comes to distribution and selling my products to local grocers and markets. Where and how do I start and start it the right way?

Start by going to your local grocery store and give them a sample then ask them if they are willing to put it on their shelf but try to get a patent on it first so nobody takes it. What type of flavor is it sofrito
