Hi,
I am thinking about starting a business where people go on a ride. It is a big ride, and other states that have this, have people sign a waiver before going on the ride. Kids under 18 have to have a parent sign for them, and be there.
So my question is if they do this, do I still need insurance?

I wouldn't even think about doing something like that without insurance. Waivers are
gotten around all the time. You could loose more than your shorts without it. It is
worth it... and part of being in business.
