I am trying to figure out on the state of Oregon what I need to fill out and complete for my business to be legit in Oregon. I do live in clackamas county and i believe there was something about not needing to be liecensed or something...all i would need to do is reg my business name I am so confused if someone could help me out that would be great!!!

Well actually i just found out in the state of oregon and country of clackamas we do not need a business liecens it is NOT required. all i need is to reg my business name and apply for the home occupation permit YAY!!!

well that is what i dont understand...i dont need a liecens in my county so am i supposed to get one for everystate or online sales or what the heck this stuff is sooooooo confusing
