"Lawyer looking for business opportunity" Mon May-28-07 04:11 PM by EZ
I am an attorney practicing corporate law in a New York City law firm. I have excellent professional and acamdemic credentials as well as strong business experience. Problem is that I am no longer happy working in a law firm beause I have always wanted to start/run a business, or at least work in a business setting rather than a law firm. Specfically, I want to join a small business with a solid idea and some funding that would benefit from my legal and business background and experience. I am looking for an opportunity to build something and grow an enterprise, with a possibility of obtaining an equity interest. How do I find such an opportunity?

I am CEO of a restaurant franchise company that recently completed an SB2 and has commenced trading on the OTCBB. We currently operate 15 franchised restaurants and are in the process of raising funds for expansion. We are also seeking similar situations for acquisition and spinoff.
I am not sure what your interest truly is, but we are interested in talking to individuals that can add value to our company in exchange for equity.
We also work with other OTCBB public companies and small business interested in "going public".

Hello there! We just started a new business doing home inventories for home owners and renters. It is a service many need but don't find the time to do. And we never know when we may need to file a claim. We are VERY new so there are no success stories yet, but it is a great idea and we know there will be a huge success story in the near future.
