I have an idea for a business which is a website where restaurants can log on and be notified of potential customers ordering food online and they can deliver food to them at least within an hour worths time or less. I do not know where to contact people who can help me make this possible but I thought of the internet as a highway where anything can happen so I would like to get help on how to get started on this please.
