Of course a web presence is essential these days. I'd also make a Facebook page for the business and invite people to become a fan.

Where do truckers mostly hang out? Some online marketing is probably a good idea but whether or not it makes sense to create a facebook fan page depends on whether or not your target market is on facebook and I am not so sure about truckers.
What about creating some online video though? That could be very effective for marketing.
