What does your business do?

We create environments that imbue meaning with form, are inspired by context and enrich the community. Our studio brings together architects, urban designers, planners, anthropologists and developers that share our metropolitan vision. With a diverse and skilled core, spacio|design is equipped to deliver design solutions at the city, neighborhood, building and personal scale.

What would the grant enable you to do that you can't now?

The ideas and unit designs are complete but there is a need to identify vacant and/or underperforming land that is suitable for this type of development and we would also like to continue hosting community workshops with homeless citizens to help identify needs and desires relative to housing.
