What does your business do?

Goose & Gander Brand is a lifestyle brand inspired by the pursuit of passion or what’s coined Give the Goose. Our mission is to empower people to pursue their passion, in spite of. We believe your greatest success is helping others through that passion. Life is too short not to go the unpaved route & dream BIG!

Launched in 2015, we create timeless apparel influenced by classic “Americana”. We believe in accessible quality & wanted to create a simple platform for people to express themselves. Our products are designed for people to live in & our content to inspire people to move forward into new adventures.

The best way to create what you love is by making the decision to go beyond boundaries & take a leap. Goose & Gander Brand is more than a lifestyle brand but a community.

How would you use the grant money?

We would use the grand money in 2 areas:

1)To expand our reach to more people to empower them to pursue their passion through physical talks, 2 events, & digital content.

2)To continue to expand our line of products. (2 new t-shirts, & 2 accessories)

What would the grant enable you to do that you can't now?

Since launching in September of 2015, I've fully bootstrapped the company on my own. With this grant, we would be able to expand the mission & line of products quicker & to a wider audience.

If Idea Cafe's Grant helps your biz reach greater success, how will you "pay it forward" to help others in some way?

I will pay it forward by continuing to help others pursue their passion. I plan on helping & showing young adults & young professionals how to start a business by giving free workshops & online content on the beginning stages of starting a business, as well as what it takes to start.
