The Winner of the 20th Anniversary Grant is...

We take pleasure in announcing that Brittany Buonocore, the owner of Flour and Salt Bakery, is the recipient of the 20th Anniversary Small Business Grant. She managed to grab the hearts of our regulars and stood out amongst thousands of other small business owners.

Flour and Salt Bakery brings innovative, interesting, and delicious baked treats to Hamilton, NY. The bakery is currently a small-production company, but will be expanding to a full-time retail space in the summer of 2016.

First place award

Having the chance to vote, Idea Café regulars made their choice and distinguished Flour and Salt Bakery as the most brilliant business idea. Brittany Buonocore received 28.03% of all votes and naturally emerged as the winner of this Grant competition.

Flour and Salt Bakery was followed by other two exceptional businesses Monica Swope, who got 20.83% of the votes and Butter Your Nuts, who got 19.82% of the votes in the final voting round.
