What does your business do?

SX3 has obtained an FFL which allows us to sell firearms for a variety of demands. From sporting competitions, hunting, target practice and more. We specialize in building custom AR's and offer classes to help others better understand the ins and outs of their rifles. SX3 gives their customers the confidence they need to ensure safe use of their weapon. We offer CCW classes and have many more classes lined up in the future. Our ultimate goal is to open up a shooting range in Payson and we are working hard towards that goal. Being a woman owned firearm business, I have been able to work with many women who aren't as comfortable with weapons and have given them the training needed to be confident. We sell guns, ammo, and just about everything else in between.

How would you use the grant money?

I am in desperate need of a good website; however, don't have the extra cash flow to put towards building my website. Working out of my home and using the funds that slowly build have been going towards additional inventory as we are growing faster than expected.

What would the grant enable you to do that you can't now?

If I had a solid website, it would enable me to better use my time in selling, building, gunsmithing, and less time quoting individual requests. I would be able to hire additional employees in helping me with the things that bring in cash flow instead of spending hours quoting the same items over and over again to the multiple requests.

If Idea Cafe's Grant helps your biz reach greater success, how will you "pay it forward" to help others in some way?

My husband always tells me that if I were a millionaire, I'd be broke haha! Meaning, I help others before I help myself. I am a huge supporter of small up and coming businesses. I would much rather put my money towards them before the companies who are set. I would promote Idea Cafe as much as possible and if I am able in the future, I would put extra funds towards new up and coming businesses. I would give advice and suggestions to anyone in need.
