Put Your Best Foot Forward with Applicants
Remember the job-hunting days, when you endured all those "Don't call us; we'll call you" letters? Well, don't get blue -- those fond memories probably helped inspire you, like a lot of us, to seize your destiny and start your own biz. Kudos to you!!
But now that you're the boss doing the hiring, you probably want to do it better. Responding to applicants in a sincere, clear, and encouraging manner will enhance your image in your local labor pool and attract more applicants in the future.
To get off on the right foot, use Idea Cafe's first two form letters to tell applicants you received their unsolicited or solicited resumes.
