I was downsized a while ago. Most of my customers were work colleagues, who gradually stopped being customers. Also, the ones that were not work-related customers also fell off. My current customer base is about 5%. I used to go out and "warm-chatter" to obtain new customers. I am no longer interested in those techniques and am trying to take my business to strictly ONLINE. I guess I have 2 questions. How do I grow my customer base again? How do I convince them to shop strictly online, at my website?
