The quickbooks website has a help forum of users that share information. I'd start there!

Good Luck!

Some CPA's teach classes on Quickbooks. Check the business section of your paper, your chamber, and local business journal for a class. You can save money by being part of a group session. Another option is to pay your CPA for a couple of hours to teach you what you need to know. While that may sound a little expensive, it is well worth the investment. Paying someone to teach you will free up your time so you can focus on what you really need to be doing in your business.
