There so many ebooks online that you pay a fee for and then download.

I write poetry for fun and to amuse Family and Friends.

The economic conditions have hurt our income by roughly 30-40%.

A Friend has suggested that I try to find out how to create and sell my poetry through selling ebooks.

If some one could instruct on the ways of doing this, my Family would greatly appreciate it.

Amazon has programs for authors to publish their books to their Kindle format. The Kindle is a tablet PC that allows people to download books on to and read anywhere.
