How about taking the name of a famous local landmark, state park, etc and adding "pet resort" to it. For instance, if you are located near Washington, DC - The Capital Pet Resort & Spa or The White House Pet Resort & Spa. There is a nice pet resort in IL called the "Starved Rock Pet Resort", because of it's near proximity to Starved Rock State Park. Or check the National Historic Registry for some really "fancy" names of landmarks and go from there. I always liked simple names, like "The Market Street Pet Resort".
Good luck!! I think there is alot of demand for upscale pet boarding!

I would think MOST very wealthy people are quite familiar with St. Tropez, which is pronounced "San Tro-pay"
According to Wikipedia, it is "Sant Tropetz" in occitan language - and I have NO CLUE what "occitan" is, but ... you could use this spelling, and accentuate the "petz" part by using italics or some-such.

What about...
Pet Opulence Resort and Day Spa
Or...
The Opulent Pet Resort and Day Spa
By the way... one of my customers has a high-end resort and day spa for pets. It is amazing what they do there and the way they run that place. You will do well if you work it right.
