My start up is a Veteran Owned Executive Search firm and I would like help with a name. My client base will be Veteran Biz owners, therefore I think "Veteran" should be in my name. Any suggestions for the rest

Although you are a veteran and your clientele are veterans, I do not think you have to put Veteran in the name of the business. That might imply that you only offer veteran executives. I am sure you want to attract ALL types of excellent professionals (including veterans, and non-veterans), and you may also attract clients who are non-veterans as well.
Also, my husband is a veteran and in local chapter of a veterans group (Disable American Veterans. Their group has been warned to be leary of businesses with the name "Veteran" in them, as sometimes shyster-type businesses use this to imply affiliation with the government or government programs, such as the VA. Please do not take offense; I am NOT implying you are shady. Just suggesting you are careful with the use of the word.
How about: Patriot Professional Partners, or Patriot Professionals ~Freedom of choice for your next executive~
