I will be opening a small hot dog shop soon. I want to be known for my "Texas Hots" (a hotdog w/mustard,onions,meatsauce)But I will also sell sausage w/peppers & onions, nachos & cheese, pretzels, popcorn, soda, milk, bottled water, milkshakes, bagged snacks, etc.. The building is small so it will mainly be take-outs. There isn't an ansul system so I can't sell anything deep fried yet, but want to down the road. I need a name ASAP so I can apply for my sales tax ID#. Please help! Thank you
