Are there any prebuilt eCommerce software programs that you can simply license, and put on your server? I am specifically looking for one that will allow people to sell their own products on my website where I would simply take a percentage of the sale.

What you are asking for will probably have to be a custom built software program. You will have to hire a programmer (a good one charges about $120 an hour) to create the program. Then, you will have to make sure you know how to install it into your site, it will not be like installing a new program onto your computer. You must know html programming in order to do this.

You can search for some free php code, but for an application this big (people will be uploading their products) you most likely will not find anything close to exactly what you will need.
