"graphic type work"

Hello, I love to do anything with Photoshop. I love working on pictures in any way. I'm self taught so I don't have any knowledge of what type of work I could get paid for. I'm not looking to start a big business, just make some extra money. I don't mind doing repetitive stuff. I need some ideas on how to go about looking for business, what type of stuff people need or want done. Any ideas? Thanks so much.

I would suggest creating a portfolio of the work you've done, to show others who might be interested in using you.

If you're looking to handle a few projects here and there, then you can certainly work as a freelancer. There are many individuals who would pay you to handle their graphic art projects.

Also I would suggest advertising. I have a free classified site that you can get exposure on that allows you to upload pictures of your work. In addition, there are many classifieds online, newspapers, community bulletin boards that you can create your graphics and display them that way, without a high cost.

Finally ask your friends, and relatives to help spread the word. You never know who they may be in contact with. I'm doing some of this myself.

Hope this helps. Good luck.
