I am the first account rep/partner for a telecomunications company. Landline Voip phone and internet. The company has recently moved into the range to compete with the big national companies. Although we have the ability to go national, we are first focusing on getting the local/regional business.
The company has been built on "word of mouth" business. It is now time to grow. I am the person given the task of taking the company to the next step. I am an OK sales person, but never considered myself as a marketing guru.
