Orisue is an independent clothing company and we're looking to put on a couple events at several schools...We plan to display our clothing line, have a sale, as well as put on a fashion show.

What time of liability forms, waivers, etc. should I have before throwing on such events??

First of all you'll need a resale license or sales tax license...it can go by different names in differnt states.

I don't think a school will allow you to get by with liability releases and waivers...I'll bet they're going to require that you have insurance...both liability and workers comp.

You can check with your local clerks office to see if you'll need a business license.
Good luck..
