Prefered stock only with a guaranteed dollar per dollar
return for each year for 5 years. At the end of 5 years
a 5 to one return for buy back of the stock?

In 5 years it would amount to 10 to 1 return on
there investment?

We want to keep the amount of shares very low.

Is this possible? Do you know anyone who has done it
or something like it?
