If you are interested in getting a business loan look no further than the Small Business Assoc. They have loans available but only for people/business that are qualified - that's why you should look into it to see if you are eligible.
If it's grants that you are looking for then that will require a bit more research work. But there are grant programs that are out there and available - you just have to do some research to find them.
You will find direct quotes from grants.gov and SBA.gov about grants. You will find a direct quote from the CEO of SCORE saying he has never met a person that has gotten a grant.
