What do you guys think of opening up a website of printable coupons for 1 particular business area?

It depends on how large that one business area is. The key is not the area that the couponers are in, but where you distribute the coupons. Coupons can motivate people to exceed their normal marketing areas (usually three miles as the crow flies), and buy from businesses that they have to travel to. It also depends on what is being couponed and how much value the coupon is perceived to have.
