This is all VERY new to me. I'm thinking of an idea to start a new business in my area, not sure how it would go or if it would be worth it.

Come & tie-dye your own stuff. If you have heard of paint your own pottery places, it would be set up somewhat like that. Come in pick out what you would like to tie-dye, t-shirts, sweatshirts, pants, etc. I would show you different techniques and shapes you can fold to achieve a certain shape. You would pick out the colors you want & squirt away. After that you would leave your piece to set. I would rinse & wash it out. Having it ready for you to pick up the following week.

I know there a lots of web sites you can order tie-dye items from, even personalized items. This would be do it yourself.

I think it is a good idea...do you have enough capital for the overhead of a place? What about going to the group and ty dye there. At home parties, brownie troops, classroom projects, the list can go on and on. I like it!!
