"Custom Sign in Boards"

Hi I just had my sons Bar Mitzvah and I was tired of all the old Sign In Boards, so I made my own..It was really cool and very unique, so the caterer asked me who made it..And when I told her she asked me to leave business Cards..What business cards? Should I consider staring a business making Sign In Boards?? Should I consider doing this as a part time business,,This could be very lucrative ..Help How should I start??

Thanks for your help

Start by getting some business cards printed and give several to the caterer who requested them! You could have the board you made (hopefully you still have it) reproduced and printed on the back of the card.

Also, put the board in your car and take it with you everywhere. Samples of your work will be great marketing tools for you.

You could use that same creativity for wedding-related services and other special events. Hand-made guest books, invitations, place cards, etc. are some things worth considering.

Complementary businesses, such as the caterer, are great opportunities for referrals. Photographers and florists would be as well.
