Have anyone ever heard of this business? I was told all you have to do is get the lien, continue to pay the monthly rent,and after 90 days or what ever your state laws are,if the renter want their property back they would pay you the late fees plus what ever your admin. fees are $50-$100.and if they do'nt redem their propety it belongs to you.if anyone has ever heard of mini storage foreclosure business please reply or if you think it's a good or bad idea please reply.
