I recommend using either camtasia which is more expensive or windows media maker which comes installed on most computers. Either of these should work just fine.
Once you find software you think you like, go back to CNet to see whether you can find reviews with customer comments (check Amazon too). You really want to read what user's are saying because they'll tell you whether there are serious flaws with the software.
