My husband and I were thinking of selling what we have now, (very busy, long hours, hectic life) moving to the beach and starting a little on the beach business. The trailers wher you can rent ATVs, bikes, kayaks. Buy chairs and what not and sell food and drinks.

We would have a nice setup.

Does anyone have any advise, stories, ideas, anything at all that you feel may help.

We enjoy being business owners, but at this time it seems to be taking to much of our lives, and we are looking to make a more simple life.

Also, you said that you want a simple life. But, runing your own business is never simple. You may be trading in one headache for another....

It may be best to put the energy you have in your current business, sell the business in a few years when the market picks up and retire early
