I was inquiring if any of you out there I have purchased a childrens resale shop franchise, such as childrens orchard or once upon a child. I was looking to do so and wanted some advice from other owners.

The problem that I am running into is that I have a sufficent amount of money saved to put towards a loan amount of about 110k. I don't think I will have trouble getting the financing from the bank, the problem lies with the franchiser requiring 225k in net worth. If the bank finances the money (takes the risk) Why is so much needed in net worth.

I have been tossing up the idea of a franchise or starting my own. Any advice?

I own a children's resale franchise that I am selling. You can relocate it anywhere. The franchisors will not require a certain net worth. You would be buying directly from me (the franchisee) but receive all training and support from the franchisors. I will provide you pictures (it's a beautiful shop) and all the details.
