"Time Tracking via the Internet"

A long time ago I wrote time clock software to run on a min-computer. Layer I modified it to run on a P.C..
Now I have changed it again to run as a web site.

I think there is a market for it.
Person that charge for their service by the hour could use this service to clock in and out of customer sites in real time. They then can rqwuest preorts of their clocking activities so they can bill their customers.

I used to be a "free lance" programmer and have had several friends that did the same as I. One problem we all had was keeping accurate records of customer visits or off-site work for customers.

What I have created is a time tracking and reporting system, not a payroll or billing system.

Please let me know what you think.

Is it worth while continuing development and then hopefully market the system.

My first thought is that there is a market for it as part of a larger piece of software.

I am using Plan Plus online for my software and it has a built in time keeper...

If your software could receive text messages for clocking in and clocking out, you might really have something.
