Hello this is my first time using this forum. I am trying to start a Backyard Business Club that would allow the small business owner to join in with other small businesses to share an office. Office will include equipment(copier,fax,computer access,conference area, and work room. The membership would have an initial joining fee then a usage fee. The usage fee would be recovered during the usage by logining into the equipment at the end of use their cc would be debitted the usage amount. Monthly usage report would be generated for the member for their records and to look at their usage. The club will look at the actual cost of the space,ins,utilities,equipment and small profit to set usuage fees. Club members will meet quarterly to mentor and share success along with work on concerns. I am looking help with the membership contract. I don't know if others have done this. Please help if you can.
