"Best prices for bakery supplies..."

I am just getting started with my lifelong dream of baking- pies being my specialty. I would like to get some advice on where my best option for ordering supplies would be. I am concerned about cost mostly. Can I get wholesale prices? Does that require a tax id#? Right now I need the baking ingredients (flour, sugar, other food products) plus supplies(disposable pie tins, other "to go" disposables, wraps, clear plastic bags).
Thank-You for your help.

Why not throw an altruistic end result into your project.

Contact TransFair USA or TransFair Canada and use fair trade certified ingredients.

Several reasons why they are better:

1. You have a guaranteed supply when the markets run low, because your product is coming direct from the farmer

2. You will know exactly what has not been sprayed on your ingredients. Ie. pesticides, herbicides, etc.

3. You will be giving farmers a levelized playing field by helping second and third world farmers make a living helping them enrich themselves and their families without requiring yet another handout.

Also, when you start looking for packaging, price the biodegradeable ones, they are better for the planet.
