I had an idea of a small scale beverage delivery company for weddings, graduations, parties and the such to include beer sales. I can find no info on who to contact or how to go about getting the neccessary licenses to get this off the ground. Help....

proceed first to the department where you can acquire business permit, there you are to be given the requirements how to get one, and in your type of business preference I believe there are other forms to be filled up, like sanitation for the working area and where do you get supplies etc...

That's just what I know.. hehe..
