"unique idea i want."

Dear sir,
I want to run a small bakery cafe centre. There are many cafe centres around my location. And I'm totally new without experience. So I need some unique ideas which can help me to attract my costumers.

I'll be really grateful

Eden;(

Hi Ede,

It sounds like you have a very ambitious idea and I'm sure your aware things will not be easy, particularly if you have already established competitors.

I'd suggest that you start by looking at your competitors as a way of gauging what people want.

What kind of service do there customers receive?
What kind of food do they sell?
How good is the food?
How good is the drink?
Do the customers look satisfied and comfortable?
What is the general ambience in the competitor location?
Do they provide any other services for there customers enjoyment?
Do they offer customer loyalty programs?

Once you have completed your customer analysis then you can start looking at your business model. What can you offer that is better than your competitors? How can you deliver a better service and create a loyal customer base?

Obviously these ideas are just a drop in the bucket with so many other important aspects that will need your attention but it will enable you to establish a unique selling point. Something that will separate you from the rest. Cafe ownership is very competitive and if you can offer your clients something different and unique it may give you a good start to long term success.

Good luck to you.

Regards,
