I live in a rural small town , what about a vacation that would offer 50 years of cultural and heritage farm history in a 5-6 day vacation. The 5 days would follow the chnges in agriculture over the last 5 decades from tractors without cab or power steering, going forward thru the advancments of hydraulics, then cabs, airconditioning, increased comforts and capacity, up to today where satelite guidance and air ride cabs and no-till farming is the norm.
All centered around small town life. Will this fly? A 5 day rafting vacation is $1,200 to $1,500. Is there appeal for a cultural vacation like this?

I like it a lot. I think, though, that you will need several agri-tourism options in your area to increase the attractiveness of your endeavor....an agricultural museum, berry picking farm, etc. You might need to initiate some community development in your area.
