I want to start a service that provides administrative coordination services to homeowners who don't have time to handle the marketing, advertising, set-up and showing of their home for sale. In Oklahoma, you don't have to have a realtor's license to assist in the administrative coordination of paper work as long as i'm not handling negotiations/offering. Any insight will be extremely helpful! Thanks!
