I am looking to start a business..I am looking into two options and only want to start one right now.

I am thinking of going into import and exporting business and possible manufacturing rep. I like this idea because of all of the possibilties with the internet and such.

But I also see a real estate investor friend doing so well, so I was thiking of doing that?

Does anyone have any experience with any of these??
